This set is new, it has never been used. It still has the original plastic/shrink wrap on it. However, the plastic does have some rips in it and some rub spots from probably having stuff sitting on top of it. These are new but could possibly have some scuffs from stuff being sat on top of them. Overall a very nice set that will make a great addition for someone.
