This wrench set is NEW & UNUSED, with a nice chrome finish, and come in a heavy duty, black plastic wrench holder. Also included with this awesome set is a vintage Sheffield Gordon England, 17mm/19mm open end spanner wrench, and a Snap-on 16mm combination wrench (OEXM16). Both wrenches have minor cosmetic blemishes, as mentioned above, but are still in VERY GOOD cosmetic condition, and great working order.
